A seven bedroomed house situation on 18 acres of land which is newly planted in bush. The house has a a communal kitchen, large dining area, lounge, three showers (one suitable for disabled members/guests) and three toilets.

*Off-Peak = Mid-week only excluding Christmas season, School Holidays.

**Peak = All School Holidays and all Weekends.

***Christmas season = Christmas Eve to the end of Anniversary weekend. The Whole House is available during the Christmas Season, but will incur an extra $50 a night premium rate, bringing the daily rate to $320. The house can only be hired for 7 days at any one time. Children are 18 and under, and under 5 stay free.
